18 Dec 07 - Final Drilled Rudder Components - 1.5 Hour
I clamped on the rudder bottom attach strips and
then drilled them per the plans.

Once the bottom of the rudder is drilled,
all of the other rudder-to-understructure holes are final drilled to #40.
