OCT 07 - Finished Deburring
and Dimpling - 3 Hours
Just more tedium today. I deburred and dimpled everything. I used the soldering
iron today to take the blue plastic off of the VS skin. It was a piece of cake,
and I think it will prevent much of the scratching that I encountered on the HS
skins.
I am finding that I use the 1" scotchbrite wheel in the die grinder very frequently.
I am going to order a number of them in both extra fine and medium grits. The extra
fine that I have is good for polishing, but not for initial deburring.

The VS parts are just about ready to start the priming process. I have only to countersink
the VS Spar reinforcement and put the dimples in the VS Spar.
