OCT 07 - More Edge Finishing,
Deburring, and Dimpling - 2 Hours
The first thing I did today was change out my bandsaw blade. I had been using
the stock 8TPI blade to cut aluminum and it worked reasonably well, but I bought
a bi-metal blade with 14TPI to replace it. I got everything adjusted and made some
test cuts. Seems to cut somewhat better than the stock blade.

Stock blade is still in the housing, new bi-metal blade is on the table.

Deburring. I bought a cordless screwdriver so now I won't have to use the heavy
drill for this.

Dimpling one of the VS ribs. The pneumatic squeezer makes quick work of every task it is designed for.
